Presented by:
Valeria Praga-Rodríguez,

Denver Public Schools

Cross-language transfer is a theoretical concept that should always be acknowledged when working with emerging bilingual students. During this session we will explore different types of language transfer and strategies to help students access all their linguistic repertoires in order to learn and communicate effectively in Spanish and English. Join us to learn ways to facilitate language transfer both in the classroom and in the remote setting.

Attendees will be emailed a link to attend the webinar prior to the event at the email address used to RSVP.

Space is limited, get your tickets now!

This 60-minute session will be accompanied by an optional CO-CABE Café. The 90-minute virtual Café will take place on Saturday, July 25th, 9:00 – 10:30 am. We will further discuss the concepts presented during the webinar, and give participants a space to share ideas for implementation in a smaller group environment. Space will be limited, register for the Café here.
