During COVID-19, our bilingual communities have been demonstrating just how resilient and strong we are together. All around Colorado, educators have been working diligently to ensure that our children are feeling connected and receiving the best education online. In particular, educators who advocate for our bilingual youth and communities are working overtime to create multilingual resources and support families who are disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.

Now, more than ever, we need to celebrate!

Do you know a bilingual advocate and/or educator who deserves recognition? CO-CABE is calling for you to nominate a noteworthy human for:

▪ English Language Development Teacher of the Year
▪ Bilingual Paraeducator of the Year
▪ Educational Leader of the Year
▪ Federico Peña Community Service Award
▪ Higher Education Educator Award (New!)

Nominations will be accepted through August 24, 2020. Winners will be announced during our annual CO-CABE Gala on October 9th. More details to come.
