In this webinar the presenters will address topics related to special education for bilingual learners. As former elementary bilingual special education teachers who now work in higher education, Vanessa Santiago Schwarz and Elizabeth Silva Diaz will share their knowledge about both identifying and supporting bilingual students with dis/abilities. Participants will gain an understanding of how to differentiate and scaffold instruction for this group of students through sound multi-tiered systems of support.
